The spokesperson of the provincial government says comparing the Punjab government to Sindh will be inaccurate.

Lahore: The Punjab government's spokesperson refuted the allegations made by Bilawal Bhutto and emphasized that comparing the Punjab government to Sindh would be inaccurate. Notably, the Punjab government has been operational for only nine and a half months, whereas the Sindh government was dissolved after completing its constitutional term, with just two and a half months having elapsed since its dissolution.
Underlining the non-political nature of the projects initiated by the Punjab government, the spokesperson assured that the Election Commission scrutinizes each project to ensure it does not serve any political or partisan interests but rather aims solely at the well-being of the populace. Projects are greenlit only after the Election Commission satisfies itself of their merit, the spokesperson stated.
Addressing the issue of infrastructure improvements, the spokesperson posed a rhetorical question: If the Sindh government seeks enhancements in underpasses, flyovers, and hospitals for the betterment of the people, why shouldn't it be granted?
Furthermore, the spokesperson highlighted the Punjab government's commitment to impartiality by ceasing all developmental works associated with former MNAs and MPAs. The emphasis was placed on the government's neutrality and its proactive efforts to provide relief to the public without any underlying political agenda, concluded the spokesperson.
