Kidney Hills reference: Court to indict Saleem Mandviwalla, others on May 24
Islamabad: An accountability court in Islamabad has decided to indict former Senate Deputy Chairman Saleem Mandviwalla and others in Kidney Hills case on May 24.

According to details, the hearing was conducted by accountability court’s judge Muhammad Bashir in connection with Kidney Hills reference.
The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader did not appear before the court, while former Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Managing Director Aijaz Haroon appeared before the court.
The court rejected the petitions of Mandviwalla, Aijaz Haroon, and Abdul Ghani’s acquittal and fixed the case for indictment.
All accused have been ordered to ensure their presence on May 24.
On January 13, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed a reference against Saleem Mandviwalla in an illegal land allotments case.
The anti-corruption watchdog alleged that PPP leader sold government plots to Abdul Ghani Majeed, who is the son of Omni Group chief Anwar Majeed.
NAB maintained that former deputy chairman senate had bought fake shares in the name of his front man by selling the plots. NAB had also accused former PIA managing director Aijaz Haroon of playing main role in selling illegal plots to Abdul Ghani.
