Met Department predicts intense cold wave
Heavy fog will linger in the plains of Federal Capital Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Sindh.
Islamabad: The meteorological department Friday predicted extreme cold weather in most parts of the country.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain cold in most parts of the country in upcoming 24 hours, while the intensity of cold will be high in the northern regions.
Heavy fog will linger in the plains of Federal Capital Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Sindh.
According to the forecast, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in most areas of Balochistan and few areas of Gilgit-Baltistan.
