Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and Ali Muhammad Khan have strongly condemned the raid on the residence of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) presidential candidate Mehmood Khan Achakzai.
In the statement issued, PTI leader Barrister Gohar said that he condemns od raid on presidential candidate Mehmood Khan Achakzai’s residence.
He also said that he condemns in the strongest terms the violation of the sanctity of the limitations of a house.
Ali Muhammad Khan stated that Mahmood Khan Achakzai's house was raided last night which is condemnable.
He added that if we keep moving in circles and continue to fight, the 250 million people will continue to suffer.
Ali Muhammad Khan also said that the nation stands with its army, we want to run the country according to the constitution.
It is pertinent to note that Secretary General Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, provincial president Abdul Qahar Wadan and central leader Nawab Ayaz Khan Jogezai said in a joint press conference at the central secretariat on Sunday night that the party chairman Mahmood Khan Achakzai's house was raided after his speech in the National Assembly.
