The court also directed the petitioner's counsel to submit written comments.


Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday allowed Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi to meet former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
According to the details, the meeting of political leaders in the jail has been scheduled on Monday.
Islamabad High Court Justice Saman Rifat Imtiaz heard the MWM chief's petition to meet PTI founder in jail.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas appeared in the court along with his lawyer Iman Mazari. The High Court allowed the MWM chief to meet on Monday.
The court also directed the petitioner's counsel to submit written comments. Justice Saman Rifaat remarked that if the comments come, they want a permanent solution to this issue.
Apart from this, PTI leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi also got permission to meet PTI founder on Monday.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Friday.
