However, LHC sought response from Punjab government.

Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected plea to remove Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) supremo Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s picture on ration bag.
According to the details, a hearing was held on the plea regarding Nawaz Sharif's picture and distribution on the ration bag.
However, LHC sought response from Punjab government.
Applicant’s lawyer stated that national treasury cannot be used for personal promotion, thus the distribution of flour is against the dignity of citizens.
It should be noted that yesterday (Tuesday) a petition was filed in LHC against Punjab government's distribution of flour bags having Nawaz's picture during Ramadan.
The picture of PML-N’s supremo should be prevented from being published on the bag and no one's self-respect should be hurt for the distribution of flour.
