Tandlianwala: Man kills wife, daughter for refusing to give money
A woman and her young daughter were murdered over a petty issue in Gulshan Rehman locality of Tandlianwal, district Faisalabad on Friday, GNN reported.
Preliminary police inquiries showed that the suspect, who was Farzana's husband, demanded Rs500 from his wife and upon refusal started beating her with a club.
When his daughter Umme Kalsoom intervened into the dispute and attempted to save her mother the suspect also atatcked his daughter. He used a club and a knife. The suspect escaped after leaving the victims behind in a pool of blood.
The injured succumbed to their wounds while being transported to Faisalabad for emergency medical treatment. Police shifted the bodies for autopies and began investigation.
