These members have completed consultation on the contents of the writ petition and they were ordered to file the writ petition by the political parties

Islamabad: Lawmakers, who took oath on the recommendations of the PML-N, the PPP, the MQM-P, the JUI-F etc, and are now facing expelling because of the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s judgment, have decided to move the appellate court against its decision.
According to the details, earlier these members of National and Provincial Assembly were suspended by the Supreme Court after taking the oath.
It is also reported that these members will now separately file a writ petition in the Supreme Court in which they will take the stand that the decision was given against them without hearing them.
The reports also suggest that these members have completed consultation on the contents of the writ petition and they were ordered to file the writ petition by the political parties.
It is pertinent to note that on July 12, the Supreme Court of Pakistan made a protective decision on the application related to the reserved seats of the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
The decision of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was annulled and the reserved seats were ordered to be allotted to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
