Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) ordered to remove the name of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi from the Exit Control List (ECL) on Thursday.
Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of LHC while giving a decision ordered to remove the name of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi from ECL.
The court also ordered the removal of the names of Zara Elahi and son Rasikh Elahi from the Passport Control List (PCL).
Abuzar Salman Khan Niazi Advocate argued on behalf of the petitioners.
