Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Monday announced to start a movement for the freedom of the judiciary.

Addressing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Gandapur vowed to fight for "real freedom,". He asserted not to rest until the war is over. He blamed the government's recent actions, accusing them of attempting to seat judges of their choice.

Gandapur described the overnight passage of the amendment as a corrupt practice.

He further condemned the government for making decisions through the servants warning that such actions hinder development.

Gandapur also vowed to reverse the unconstitutional amendments once given the mandate, promising to hold those responsible accountable, including traitors who changed loyalties.

The Chief Minister praised the police for their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and pledged to address their issues for the peace and stability of the country.
