NCOC allows opening of businesses till 10pm, 200 vaccinated participants to attend indoor weddings
Islamabad: The National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) has decided to allow business to open till 10 pm and 200 vaccinated participants to attend indoor weddings.

The decisions were taken at the meeting of the NCOC presided over by Federal Minister Asad Umar. The meeting discussed the ongoing Covid situation in the country.
The NCOC has allowed the participation of 400 people in outdoor wedding ceremonies. Wedding halls association and managements will also devise a plan to check the vaccination certificates of guests and will also ensure vaccination of respective staff, the NCOC said.
The NCOC said indoor and outdoor dining had now been allowed till 11:59pm, while indoor dining would be at a 50 per cent occupancy only for those who have received both doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
The shrines have also been allowed to open with certain COVID SOPs.
The cinemas have been allowed to function till 1am and only visitors with vaccination proof will be allowed to watch movies.
The government, however, decided to continue with ban on religious, musical and cultural gatherings till indefinite period of time.
It was also decided that all recreational places incuding swimming pools will be allowed to open with 50 per cent participation.
The public trransport will continue with 70 per cent seat occupancy. The new restrictions will remain in force from July 1 to July 31.
The forum also announced continuation of normal working hours for public and private offices with 100 per cent attendance. The ban on contact sports like karate, boxing, martial arts, rugby, water polo, kabaddi, and wrestling will remain in place.
Gyms will reopen for only vaccinated people, while it is mandatory for the facility's staff members to get inoculated as well.
