T20: Pakistan win toss to bowl against Australia

Brisbane: Pakistan won the toss and decided to bowl against Australia in the first T20 match being played in Brisbane on Thursday.

According to the details, the match was delayed due to light rain.

The match was scheduled to start at 1:00pm according to Pakistan time, but the toss has not yet been held, as the pitch has been covered.

Regarding this match, Rizwan said that the preparation is good and they would make the best decision regarding the final XI.

On the other hand, Australia’s Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, permanent captain Mitchell Marsh, and opener Travis Head will not participate in the match and Josh Ingles will lead Australia in the series.

The two teams last faced each other in this format in Lahore in March 2022, in which Australia won.
