12 more people from Saudi Arabia and UAE were transferred to AHTC


Islamabad: 76 more Pakistanis were deported from seven different countries including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Senegal in a single day, out of which 17 were arrested in Karachi and transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC).
According to the media reports, three were blacklisted in Saudi Arabia, four for begging, six for drug cases, 27 for violation of contract, four for overstaying, two for absconding from work, two for forgery, and two for other crimes.
It is also reported that one was denied immigration in Sri Lanka, two in drug cases in the Emirates, two for losing passports, and three people were released from prison and sent back.
One was sent back from Azerbaijan, one for overstaying in Iraq, six for illegal entry, and two from Malaysia for being prohibited immigrants, added the report.
The media reports also suggest that one Pakistani was detained and sent back after being blacklisted in Italy, three from Senegal, and two in the UAE for human trafficking. They were transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle.
In addition, 12 more people from Saudi Arabia and the UAE were transferred to AHTC.
