Company lawyers requested to hear case after Eid-ul-Fitr, which court rejected

Islamabad: The constitutional bench hearing the super tax case in the Supreme Court has dissolved.
A five-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, including Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, and Justice Aamer Farooq heard the case.
When the hearing began, the head of the bench, Justice Aminuddin, said that Justice Aamer Farooq had already given a decision on the matter in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and he could not hear the case.
During the hearing, the company lawyers requested to hear the case after Eid-ul-Fitr, which the court rejected.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, addressing lawyer Farogh Naseem, said that this case will not be completed by Eid. Those who want to run the case should be allowed to run the case. At least the case should start running. Prepare separate paper books of court decisions on Sections 4B and 4C.
The court later adjourned the further hearing of the case until tomorrow, giving the parties time to hire lawyers.
