JIT issued summons notices to PTI leaders and social media team


Islamabad: 25 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders involved in negative propaganda were summoned again in the JIT today, reportedly.
According to media reports, the JIT issued summons notices to PTI leaders and the social media team.
Salman Akram Raja, Rauf Hassan, Syed Firdous Shamim Naqvi, and Khalid Khursheed Khan have been summoned to the JIT. Mian Aslam Iqbal, Muhammad Hammad Raza, Aun Abbas, and Alia Hamza Malik will also be questioned.
Similarly, the names of Muhammad Shahbaz Shabbir, Waqas Akram, Kanwal Shozab, Taimur Saleem Khan, and Asad Qaiser are also among those who appeared. In addition to this, the JIT has also summoned Shah Farman, Asif Rashid, Muhammad Arshad, Sibghatullah Virk, and Azhar Mashwani.
Summons notices have also been issued to PTI’s Muhammad Noman Afzal, Jibran Ilyas, Salman Raza, Zulfi Bukhari, Musa Virk, and Ali Malik.
It is pertinent to note that the JIT had also summoned 25 PTI members on March 7, 2025. Except for Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar, Rauf Hassan, and Shah Farman, the rest of the members did not appear before the JIT.
