Prime Minister will discusses bilateral, regional, and global issues with leaders of friendly countries

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has embarked on a six-day official visit to Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Tajikistan.
He departed from Lahore on a special aircraft and arrived in Istanbul. Accompanying him are Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Atta Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will hold discussions with the leadership of these friendly countries on bilateral relations, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest. He is also expected to express gratitude to these nations for their support to Pakistan amid ongoing tensions with India.
In addition, the Prime Minister will participate in an international conference on glaciers to be held in Dushanbe on May 29 and 30.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to return to Pakistan on May 30 after concluding his visit to Tajikistan.
