Karachi police arrest another prisoner who fled Malir jail

Karachi: Jackson Police have arrested another escaped inmate from Malir Jail.

Acting on a tip-off, police successfully apprehended the convicted fugitive in the Jackson area who had escaped from Malir Jail.

The escaped convict had originally been sent to Malir Jail after being arrested in a case registered at the Jackson Police Station.

The fugitive has been identified as Salman, son of Muhammad Farooq. He has since been sent back to Malir Jail.

It is worth noting that just a day earlier, police officials had reported the arrest of four more inmates who had also escaped from Malir Jail.
