Maternity allowance will be same for Saudi and foreign women

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has implemented a law that will provide 3 months of salary to working women after childbirth.
The Royal Law on Social Security Insurance Policy was approved on July 2, 2024.
According to the Saudi General Social Insurance, the maternity allowance will be the same for Saudi and foreign women.
According to legal requirements, maternity allowance will be paid for 3 months immediately after childbirth.
