In the past 24 hours, four people have died due to rains and flooding across the country

(Web Desk): Water levels in the Indus River have risen at the Taunsa point, submerging two more settlements and agricultural fields along the riverbanks.
Flood-affected residents are continuing to relocate using boats. The district administration has set up 15 relief camps in the area, but the flood victims have not moved to them.
According to the administration, the residents of the riverine (kacha) areas are unwilling to leave their homes and belongings.
Meanwhile, in Hafizabad and nearby villages, recent rainfall has led to waterlogging, and poor drainage has resulted in the spread of infectious diseases.
In addition, the search for missing tourists on Babusar Road in Gilgit-Baltistan has entered its 13th day. A private TV channel’s female anchor and her family are still missing.
According to a spokesperson for the Gilgit-Baltistan government, the Prime Minister of Pakistan is expected to visit the region soon.
It is worth mentioning that in the past 24 hours, four people have died due to rains and flooding across the country.
