President's visit reflects commitment to peace, development, and stability in the region

President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, has departed for China on an official visit at the invitation of the Chinese government, according to a spokesperson.
During his visit from September 12 to 21, President Zardari will tour various regions of China, engaging in meetings with provincial leadership in Chengdu, Shanghai, and Xinjiang.
The discussions will focus on Pakistan-China relations, economic and trade cooperation, with particular emphasis on CPEC and future connectivity projects.
The visit is expected to further strengthen the strategic cooperative partnership between Pakistan and China. The President's visit reflects the commitment to peace, development, and stability in the region, the spokesperson added.
