Pictures of blue stray dogs from Russia have gone viral on the internet due to their strange colouring.

According to details, a pack of bright blue stray dogs was spotted near an abandoned chemical plant in Russia.
The pictures not only stunned the world but also left people wondering what might have caused the skin colour of dogs to change.
Later, it was concluded that the animals' strange coloring is probably caused by chemical waste such as copper sulphate.
The assumption later made sense as the photographer revealed that he captured pictures local near a building which was once a large chemical production facility making hydrocyanic acid and plexiglass, but fell into disuse few years back.
A person who used to work at plant said that the dogs might have found some copper waste which turned their coats blue.
