(Web Desk): Pakistan has successfully conducted the test of its locally developed Fatah-4 ground-launched cruise missile, which is capable of hitting targets up to 750 kilometers away.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the missile can accurately strike targets at a range of 750 km and features terrain-hugging capability, allowing it to fly close to the ground and strike with high precision.
The Army spokesperson stated that Fatah-4 is equipped with advanced avionics and navigation systems, giving it the ability to evade enemy missile defense systems.
ISPR added that the test was part of the Army Rocket Force Command’s development efforts, and it will enhance the range, accuracy, and survivability of Pakistan Army’s conventional missile systems.
The test was witnessed by the Chief of General Staff, senior army officers, scientists, and engineers.
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad, and the Services Chiefs congratulated the military personnel, scientists, and engineers on the successful test.
