He added that we are ready to acquire all kinds of technology, whether it is self-made or eastern and western

Rawalpindi: Director General (DG) of Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that India could not shoot down any Pakistani aircraft in the war of attrition.
In an interview with the American magazine Bloomberg, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif stated that our military development strategy has always been to include effective and efficient platforms and internal Pakistani technology.
He added that we are ready to acquire all kinds of technology, whether it is self-made or eastern and western, but Pakistan is not involved in an arms race with India.
DG ISPR clarified that Pakistan has never tried to play with or hide data and facts. India could not shoot down any Pakistani aircraft in the war of attrition.
During the interview, the Director General ISPR confirmed the effective performance of Pakistani weapons, including Chinese platforms included in the Pakistani forces, in the war of attrition.
On this occasion, Bloomberg said that a week ago, US President Donald Trump had confirmed the shooting down of 7 Indian aircraft. In the battle, Pakistan's Chinese-made J-10C shot down several Indian Air Force aircraft, including Rafale.
According to Bloomberg, in August, Pakistan announced the addition of the Z-10ME attack helicopter to its arsenal. Pakistan also uses American-made F-16 aircraft along with Chinese weapons.
