Districts of Punjab are likely to remain under influence of smog due to persistent dry weather and atmospheric pollution

Islamabad: Dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, cold in hilly areas is expected to prevail during morning and night hours.
Districts of Punjab are likely to remain under the influence of smog due to the persistent dry weather and atmospheric pollution. Public has been advised to take precautionary measures.
Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:
Islamabad twelve degree centigrade, Lahore nineteen, Karachi twenty-one, Peshawar seventeen, Quetta eight, Gilgit four, Murree nine and Muzaffarabad ten degree centigrade.
According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula while dry weather in Jammu.
Temperature recorded this morning:
Srinagar, Anantnag and Shopian five degree centigrade, Jammu seventeen, Leh minus-one, Pulwama and Baramula four degree centigrade.
