Lahore: Another dreadful episode of the demise of a girl after alleged gang rape took place in Gujarat’s Ghazi Chak on Sunday.


The Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab took notice of a girl death after alleged sexual assault in Gujarat. It is reported that Salman has been apprehended and raids are being conducted to arrest his partners.
First Information Report (FIR) was instantly lodged on the request of the mother. Initial investigation has revealed that girl expired after consuming poisonous pills.
CM Punjab has directed the police to arrest the involved individuals in this harrowing crime and justice should be provided at earliest.
“The provision of justice to the relatives of the slain is being ensured on priority basis,” said IGP Punjab.
Chief of Punjab Police has sought a report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Gujranwala.
Commander of Punjab Police further noted they will leave no stone unturned in expediting the justice delivery to the bereaved family.
Stringent legal actions should be meted out against the other accuse involved in the incident as soon as possible
According to the police, three men allegedly abducted a girl and gang-raped her at the night of 3rd September. The accused jettisoned the girl after her condition started exacerbating.
A special team has been established to detain the culprits on the orders of Buzdar.
