US can face consequences if it doesn’t stop violation of Afghan airspace: Taliban
Kabul: The Taliban Spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid has said that the United States of America (USA) is continuously violating our airspace and flying its drones over it which can aggravate the situation and the USA will have to face the consequences for it.
Zabiullah tweeted the press release (PR), “Countries, under international laws are the sole owners of their state territorial and air sovereignty. Therefore, Islamic Emirate, as the sole legal entity of Afghanistan, is the custodian of Afghanistan's land and airspace. We recently saw Unites states violating all international rights, law and United States' commitments to the Islamic Emirate in Doha, Qatar, as Afghanistan's sacred airspace is being invaded by US drones. These violations must be rectified and prevented.”

In addition to this, PR also says that we call on all countries, especially the United States, to treat Afghanistan in light of international rights, laws and commitments and considering mutual respect and commitments, in order to prevent any negative consequences.
It is pertinent to note here that the USA has launched two drone attacks against Islamic State Khorasan on the territory of Afghanistan since the Taliban have swept the power.
