Court discharged this case and ordered police to release Hassaa Niazi instantly.

Karachi: A local court in Karachi Wednesday ordered to release Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Imran Khan’s nephew Hassaan Niazi in case of inciting people to revolt against national institutions, GNN reported.
According to details, Hassaan Niazi was presented before Judicial Magistrate East where the lawyers’ community protested for handcuffing PTI leader Niazi, and objected that the case against him is baseless.
Court discharged this case and ordered police to release Hassaa Niazi instantly.
Earlier on March 26, the case had been registered against PTI focal person Hassaan in Jamshed Quarters police station on the complaint of citizen Muhammad Iqbal for inciting people to revolt against national institutions.
The text of First Information reported (FIR) stated that Hassaan had shared a video on social media in which he was seen involved in inciting people to revolt against national institutions and attempted to provoke disharmony.
It is pertinent to note that Quetta court had granted bail to Hassaan Niazi on Saturday, however, he was detained for fear of disturbance of peace, after which Punjab police took him into the custody.
