The cost of LPG has increased by Rs 220 per kilogram since the most recent increase.


Karachi: The price of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs10 per kilogram, announced the LPG Association Chairman Irfan Khokar on Tuesday.

Furthermore, in line with the higher trend in the global market, where LPG prices increased by $92 to $556 per metric ton, Irfan said that the increase was made.
According to Irfan Khokhar, due to an increase in the international market, the price of domestic cylinders has increased by Rs120 and the price of commercial cylinders has increased by Rs450 so the price has now increased from Rs210 per kg to Rs220 per kg.
The home cylinder is now being sold for Rs2,615 instead of Rs2495, and the commercial cylinder is being offered for Rs10,030 instead of Rs9,580, according to the details.
LPG prices increased to Rs255 per kilogram, Rs3,015 for home cylinders, and Rs11,600 for commercial cylinders in hilly areas.
Irfan Khokhar claimed that the price of LPG climbed by Rs20 per kg in just the previous two days and that there is concern that it would rise even more.
