Actress Noor Bukhari supports and encourages Mahira Khan amid her mental health struggles.

Karachi: A few days ago, renowned Pakistani television and film actress Mahira Khan openly discussed her mental health struggles, revealing her battle with clinical depression.
During a podcast conversation with Frieha Altaf, she disclosed that after the release of the film "Raees" and the viral photos with Ranbir Kapoor, she faced a barrage of online trolling, threats, and criticism, which severely affected her mental state.
Continuing her narrative, Mahira Khan mentioned that this was a time when her condition deteriorated significantly.
Panic attacks became frequent, and she often lost consciousness.
Following these hardships, she sought medical treatment and has been battling this illness for nearly seven years.
As Mahira Khan's video about depression went viral, fellow actress Noor Bukhari also commented on the matter.
Noor Bukhari advised Mahira Khan to turn to Allah in her time of need and offered prayers for her ease.
Noor Bukhari wrote, "Return to your Lord, when you feel this way, the soul needs to reconnect; it's time to change your path. May Allah make your pain easier."
