Miami: The US judge declared former President Donald Trump involved in fraud.

According to details, Judge Arthur Engoron said former President Trump and his company had overstated the value of their assets.

The US judge ruled that Trump could not prove that a prospective buyer of one of his properties was located in Saudi Arabia.

He added: “The properties whose value was overstated included Mar a Lago, a building on Park Avenue, a penthouse in Trump Tower and an estate in Westchester County”.

New York Attorney General Letitia James alleged that Donald Trump inflated his assets by $2.2 billion to get a better business deal.

Trump's lawyers claimed that the former president had given the correct value of the assets and that this was the value that Trump considered as a visionary real estate developer.

The court rejected the request of Donald Trump regarding the non-hearability of the case.

The case against former President Trump and his business associates is likely to start in court from Monday.
