Prohibited funding case: Court extends Khan’s interim bail till Jan 31
The court also exempted former Prime Ministe from appearing in the case till next hearing.
Islamabad: A banking court in Islamabad Thursday extended interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the prohibited funding case till January 31.
According to details, a banking court Judge Rakshanda Shaheen announced the verdict after hearing arguments over pre-arrest bail plea in the prohibited funding case against Imran Khan and other party leaders.
The court also exempted former Prime Ministe from appearing in the case till the next hearing while a plea seeking permission to interrogate Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence in Lahore has been turned down.
The court directed Khan to appear before the investigation officer in the case to join the probe.
