NEPRA hikes electricity rate by Rs1.61 per unit
The increased rates will be applicable on the bills of current month (June).
Islamabad: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) Tuesday approved to increase the rate of electricity by Rs1.61 per unit, GNN reported.
According to details, the power rates have been increased for Fuel Charge Adjustment (FCA) which will be applicable on the bills of current month (June).
The increased rates will be applicable to all the customers, however, K-electric and lifeline consumers have been exempted from the implementation of this increased power tariff.
