IT ministry introduces ‘Beep Pakistan’ for govt officials
The app will provide the facility of audio, video and conference calling to its users.
Islamabad: Ministry of Information Technology (MoIT) has come up with a new application called ‘Beep Pakistan’ for government officials, GNN reported.
According to details, the app has been introduced for the protected communication of government officials. It will be accessible for 41 federal ministries and departments.
‘Beep Pakistan’ will be used as alternative of WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media applications. It will provide the facility of audio, video and conference calling to its users.
The users of ‘Beep Pakistan’ app will also be able to share the official and confidential documents with complete security maintained.
It has also been told that Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will launch the app next week.
