Karachi: Dead body of a woman was found hanging with a noose in Defense Phase 8.

A distressing incident occurred in Karachi's Defense Phase 8 as the dead body of a woman was found hanging with a noose in her home.

According to SSP South Asad Raza, the woman committed suicide by hanging herself, and sleeping pills were also found at the scene.

SSP Asad Raza revealed that the woman had separated from her family a few years ago after her marriage.

During the time of the tragic incident, the woman's brother was present at the house. According to her brother's statement, the woman was suffering from mental stress.
