Imran Khan has been fined Rs100,000.


Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Saturday announced its reserved verdict to imprison Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan for three years in Tosha Khana reference.
According to details, judge Humayun Dilawar of Session Court fined Imran Khan for Rs100,000.
The court has issued the arrest warrant of Imran Khan, ordering to arrest him immediately. It has also been ordered by the court to disqualify Imran Khan for five years from politics.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that in the Tosha Khana case, the allegations against Chairman PTI have been proved. The charge of disclosing false assets has been proved against him.The petition filed by Imran Khan to declare the case non-admissible has been nullified.
Islamabad Sessions Court Judge Humayun Dilawar is hearing the Tosha Khana case in which the court has today summoned Chairman PTI Imran Khan in personal capacity.
Chairman PTI was summoned by the court at 8:30 am however, he failed to appear in the court yet.
