Islamabad: The Islamabad District and Sessions Court approved three-day physical remand of former MNA from South Waziristan Ali Wazir, in a case of incitement to rebellion on Tuesday.
In the court of Judicial Magistrate Shabbir Bhatti, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) presented Ali Wazir and asked for a 10-day physical remand.
According to the investigating officer, Ali Wazir's laptop and mobile device needed to be analyzed forensically.
The judge ordered the suspect's physical detention for three days and ordered his reappearance on September 15.
