Lahore: Due to the delay in the release of government wheat, the price of flour continues to rise in Lahore.
According to market officials, the price of flour is increasing due to shortage of wheat. The price of a 20 kg bag of flour has increased by Rs100.
It is also reported that the ex-mill price of a 20 kg bag of flour is Rs2800 and the retail rate is Rs2900. While the supply of flour is also expected to be affected due to non-release of state wheat.
