Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder and former prime minister Imran Khan has filed a plea to meet his lawyers and party leaders in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the details, lawyer Sher Afzal filed this request from Imran’s side.
In Imran Khan’s application it has been stated that despite the court orders lawyers and party leaders do not have the access to meet with PTI’s founder. No documents are allowed to take inside the Adiala jail.
Privacy is not being provided by the authorities during the meeting with him and the lawyers. The jail administration takes the documents from the lawyers and returns it after 24 hours, PTI's founder added.
Imran Khan wanted to have conversation with Asad Qaiser, Shehreyar Afridi and Faiz ur Rehman. So the court should give orders on Imran’s plea and provide him the facilities regarding meeting with his lawyers.
