Police files case against PTI protestors
According to the FIR, police apprehended Farhat and got a pistol from him.
Lahore: The Police has filed case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) supporters for protesting on alleged rigging in general elections’ results.
According to the details, police filed serious kind of cases against PTI leaders and protestors such as terrorism, kidnapping, interference in government and harassment.
Police nominated 38 supporters including PTI’s leader Hafiz Farhat Abbas and women. It is stated in first investigative report (FIR) that Hafiz Farhat incited the supporters to damage the official buildings.
PTI protestors damaged the official vehicle. It is said in FIR that Farhat also fired with some anonymous people, burned an official car amid firing, torn the official uniform of a constable and tried to kidnap him.
According to the FIR, police apprehended Farhat and got a pistol from him.
