Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan Wednesday said that they believe in negotiations and doors are open for it.
PTI leader Barrister Gohar while talking to the media stated that terrorism is a serious problem, we do not want any kind of terrorism in the country.
He added: “We believe in negotiations, but on what ground should we negotiate with the government. If we speak in Parliament, the microphone is turned off”.
Barrister Gohar further said that they are trying to melt the ice and move forward, but the government's actions are taking them to a crossroad.
‘We are trying to move forward by talking in the parliament. Even if we try to meet PTI founder Imran Khan in jail, a ban is imposed. It is difficult to run in such conditions but let's see what they do next week,’ stated the PTI leader.
He also added that today there was hearing of Al-Qadir Trust Case in Adiala Jail, the judge had come, the proceedings of six witnesses have been completed so far. Today, like other lawyers, we also had a meeting with PTI founder and he is doing fine.
Gohar Ali Khan continued to say that in the current cabinet also people of caretaker setup have been added.
