Judicial magistrate Sahib Bilal accepted the acquittal pleas of Imran Khan and others.
Court stated that PTI’s founder and others are accused of inciting people during the long march, if public was incited by the Imran Khan and others, then the prosecution will also have to prove it in hindsight.
Magistrate Sahib Bilal remarked that no evidence has been submitted in the court against Imran Khan and others and the record is insufficient to prosecute the case against them.
Court said that the record submitted by the prosecution was not strong enough to prove Imran Khan and other accused as guilty.
