MWL Secretary-General arrives in Pakistan on Sunday
The Ministry of Religious Affairs says Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim will spend his Eid with orphaned children in Pakistan, and lead the Eid prayers at Faisal Mosque Islamabad.
Islamabad: The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, will arrive in Islamabad tomorrow on a nine-day official visit to Pakistan.
According to Ministry of Religious Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim will spend his Eid with orphaned children in Pakistan, and lead the Eid prayers at Faisal Mosque Islamabad.
The esteemed dignitary will also engage in a series of high-level meetings with Pakistani officials. These include meetings with the President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and Minister for Religious Affairs.
During these meetings, the two sides will exchange views on issues of mutual interest to foster diplomatic relations.
Additionally, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa will lay the foundation stone for the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Museum in Islamabad, an initiative aimed at promoting understanding and reverence for the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
