PTI’s appeal seeking permission for public gatherings set for hearing
The filed petition requested that the administration be ordered to allow PTI to hold the rally
Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) fixed the application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) seeking permission for public gatherings for hearing.
Lahore High Court Justice Abid Aziz will hear the petitions of Sheikh Umar Ayub and others on September 9.
In the petition, it was stated that it is a fundamental right to hold rallies and processions in Punjab, which is not allowed by the province administration.
The filed petition requested that the administration be ordered to allow PTI to hold the rally.
