PML-N’s Khawaja Asif gets bail
Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Khawaja Asif has been granted bail by Lahore High Court (LHC) in assets beyond means and money laundering case.
On March 27, PML-N leader Khawaja Asif had moved Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking bail on the bail in the respective cases.
On December 29, 2020, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested PML-N leader for allegedly owning assets beyond known sources of income.
He was arrested while coming out of the residence of PML-N General Secretary Ahsan Iqbal after attending party’s consultative meeting.
