Rupee depreciates marginally against US dollar in interbank
The local unit settles at 277.69, a loss of Re0.08 against the greenback
Karachi: The Pakistani rupee slightly depreciated against the US dollar in the inter-bank market on Monday. At close, the currency settled at 277.69, a loss of Re0.08 against the greenback.
During the previous week, the local unit remained largely stable against the US dollar in the inter-bank market.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the local unit closed at 277.61 against 277.64 it had closed the week earlier against the greenback.
