COAS calls for solution of Kashmir dispute as per UN resolutions
Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved as per resolutions of United Nations (UN).
According to details, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) released a message of Army Chief on the occasion of Kashmir Exploitation Day.
COAS said that peace and stability in the region is not possible without resolving the dispute as per the aspirations of Kashmiris.
He further said that the continuation of inhuman military siege, machinations to bring demographic changes and gross violations of human rights and international laws are perpetuating humanitarian and security crises in IIOJ&K that imperil regional security.
