Srinagar: A chopper of the Indian army, with at least two people on board, crashed near Udhampur in Indian occupied Kashmir's amid bad weather.

Reports in Indian media quoting sources said a search team has been deployed to carry out rescue operations.

“Excessive fog in the area has reduced visibility in the area, which may have led to the accident,” said official.

He further added that due to intense fog in the area, visibility was low. Rescue teams later managed to reach the spot while locals helped bring out the two injured Army personnel.
