Five killed in Ankara explosion
Wasp Sahan said: “Fire and rescue personnel have completed their operation.
Ankara: Five workers have been killed as a result of a blast in the explosives manufacturing factory in Ankara, the capital of Turkey on Saturday.
According to the British news agency, the governor of Ankara, Wasp Sahan, told media that five workers were killed in an explosion at the MKE rocket and explosives factory, 40 kilometers away from Ankara.
Wasp Sahan said: “Fire and rescue personnel have completed their operation. No worker is trapped in the factory”.
He added that the local police and law enforcement agencies are investigating the accident.
