Islamabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former prime minister of Pakistan on Wednesday apologised before the court in a female judge ‘threat’ case.
While attending the case's hearing in the court of Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman in Islamabad, the PTI chairman apologized.
"I started a political party dedicated to the supremacy of justice 27 years ago”. The PTI chairman insisted, "I haven't broken a single pot yet.
The PTI leader was arrested last year under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) for making threats against Islamabad police officials and a female magistrate for his remarks at the gathering.
According to sources with knowledge of the situation, the ousted the prime minister was the target of a hate speech case filed by the Margalla police on the complaint of magistrate Ali Javed.

The PTI chairman on Aug 20, last year, condemned police as well as the judiciary over the alleged custodial torture on Shahbaz Gill and announced that his party would file cases against Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, the DIG and AD&SJ Zeba Chaudhry.
He was charged with charges under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and different sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). The Islamabad High Court (IHC) also filed a complaint against him for contempt of court.
