Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered the administration to decide within two days for the permission to hold Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) rally.
According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq heard the plea of PTI. PTI’s president of Islamabad Aamir Masood Mughal filed a petition of permission to hold a rally. PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in the court from Aamir Mughal’s side.
Aamir Farooq ordered to district administration to decide within two days and submit the report to the IHC.
It should be noted that interior secretary, chief commissioner Islamabad and Inspector General (IG) Islamabad were made parties in the petition filed by PTI in the IHC yesterday (Tuesday).
